Mo-Cu grades from 60Cu to 85Cu are produced with expansion coefficients matched to alumina (6.5 ppm/K) and aluminium nitride (4.5 ppm/K), for packages where solder cracking has been an issue.

Plates are supplied flat to 0.02 mm, nickel or gold plated on request, and can be machined with pockets and step profiles before plating.
